We\u2019ll determine a timeline for getting your home on the market, what your goals are with selling, where you plan to go next, and preparing your home for pictures and showings. We never require anyone sign an agreement with us on our first meeting. We want our clients to feel comfortable and confident with our team, and if they aren\u2019t ready to commit, we don\u2019t push it.
